Pictures of the area and the girls now

Soccer for the girls

The weather is actually starting to get nice. I still haven't gotten out my summer clothes yet but I am in t-shirts at least. The girls are both enrolled in soccer and enjoying meeting new friends. Ter is coaching Danielle's team which is the 11 year old girls. There are 13 girls and only 3 have played before. Kay is still enjoying soccer and had a tournament the weekend after the Relay. She was a little tired but did well. Some nights for soccer it is really cold, but we are enjoying to see everyone. On the pond now near the house baby ducks and geese are swimming around. I love seeing God's nature and the beauty of it.

Relay for Life June 1st

Wow what a great night the Relay was. We thought it was going to rain however it turned out to be a pretty good night. Danielle stayed up all night, Kay fell asleep around 2 am. We really enjoyed ourselves and it was nice to be able to spend the time with the family. It was an emotional experience to see all of the luminaries lit up and also the survivor lap to start the relay. Thank you everyone who prayed for us as we did this endeavor and experience. We plan on doing it again next year.
